The whites are fried and crispy, the yolks are golden, and let's make the perfect fried eggs.
1. Break the egg into a small cup.
2. Put enough oil in a medium-sized pan and heat it over medium heat until hot.
3. Pour the egg into the oil and tilt the frying pan to make a pool of oil.
4. Use a spoon to pour oil over the egg whites for 1 minute.
Point: I don't flip eggs!
