Terroir is a term that combines the nature of the land, climate, and sunlight.
Coffee from a single Terroir is called a single origin.
High-end single origins have a unique personality that coffee enthusiasts love, but they are costly.
Example: Panama Geisha
✋And single-origin is not sustainable from the perspective of agriculture. Harvesting the same variety means that diseases or parasites can reduce production. Because all these opportunity costs are in the price, they are usually sold.
So, it's not as delicious as the price is high. You have to pay costly money for a little tastier coffee.
I would choose blending that tastes the same at a reasonable price!
