😱 You should not eat this oil!
Seed oil and soybean oil, which you thought were good for you, are threatening you. 😢
- The omega-6 ratio of seeds and beans is too high. Omega-6 produces free radicals that oxidize and degrade when heated, causing inflammation in our body. Thus, to increase the stability of many oils, hydrogen is added to omega-6-fat to convert it into trans fat. These fats can dramatically increase LDL levels and increase your risk of heart disease. 😔
- Many of these oils are made from plants that are contaminated with genetically modified crops and fungal toxins.
- The vegetable omega-3 contained in flaxseed or hemp seeds does not absorb well into our body. And they also provide a lot of omega-6.
We recommend olive oil and avocado oil as vegetable oils, and butter (made from grazing cow's milk) and Ghee as animal oils! 👍
