Here's how to take care of your cast iron pan so simply.

Here is how to care for a cast-iron pan that is simpler than you think.

If you make the seasoning film well, the cast iron is very sturdy.😊 You can't scratch it with other cookware, and it won't break with detergent. Remember only four seasoning management methods.

  1. Use the pan frequently.

Frequent cooking with oil. Fat is polymerized to make seasoning (see the post below). Skinny layers need to be slowly deposited to form a good polymer layer.

  1. Wash the pan immediately after use.

You need to remove food scraps when the pan is hot to use less detergent.

  1. Avoid rough abrasives.

Just wipe it with the soft part of the sponge. Avoid iron scrubbers and detergents such as Comet and BarKeepers Friend.

  1. Dry pan and grease before storing.

The oil shield prevents moisture from coming into contact with the iron. You rinse the pan, put it on the burner, and heat it until the pan smokes. Then, apply a little oil and wipe evenly with a kitchen towel.

Managing a cast iron pan is very simple. Cast iron pans heat and traps well so that you can cook the food evenly. If you take care of it, it will reward you with great food. 😊
