What gloves do you use in the kitchen?

There are many risks in the kitchen, and the bare hands are softer than you think. So you must use gloves to protect yourself from this danger. First, let's take a look at the kitchen's hazards one by one.

  1. Chemical factors: moisture, alkaline, and acid
  2. Physical elements: animal and plant thorns
  3. Cross-contamination: various meat germs

There are three main types of gloves. Among them, we recommend nitrile rubber gloves.

  1. Nitrile rubber gloves (most recommended): Rubber ingredients do not adhere to the food. It is thin and close to your hand, so you can move it precisely. Also, it does not come off quickly, and water does not enter the gap. It is safe to assume that it is unlikely to cause allergies.
  2. General latex rubber gloves: It is thick and challenging to move precisely. And even with a little sweat on my hands, it doesn't come off quickly.  Sometimes it causes rubber allergies. It can be soluble in acid and basic. Use it only for washing dishes!
  3. plastic glove: This time, it is too thin to move elaborately. The hand's contact is weak, so it is easy to get water into the crevice, and it comes off from the side too well.

Gloves are the second skin for cooking. 😊
